Love

Apparently this is called a pantoum poem. So a lot of lines are repeated because that's the style.
Dedicated to Shreya who introduced these kind of poems to me :) (THANK YOUU)

Love, the only thing that is everlasting
Making you feel like life is a walk in the park.
It's unequivocal, beautiful, out of this world but right there
It brings home the sun when you think everything's dark

Making you feel like life is a walk in the park,
Warm and spreading throughout your body like flames
It brings home the sun when you think everything's dark.
It's hidden in the beginning, but worth the wait

Warm and spreading throughout your body like flames
Love can be sweet or bitter, but worth the sacrifice.
It might be hidden in the beginning, but it's worth the wait
The heartwarming smile that makes your day

Love can be sweet or bitter, but worth the sacrifice.
It's unequivocal, beautiful, out of this world but right there
The heartwarming smile that makes your day
Love, the only thing that is everlasting.

Weird! It was easy to write because I didn't have to think of too many lines. :D
Thanks for reading!

  1. OK SO I REALLY LIKED THIS BUT MY STUPID EDGY™ BRAIN COULDN'T HELP BUT SEE SADNESS IM VERY SORRY
    (time for the edgy bit)
{what if we cant feel the love?
    what if the sun is shining with all it's might but it's being blocked out by an eclipse? what if you're walking in a park, but you're all alone? what if the flames start to burn? what if you never realized the love you had until the barricade moved away, but by then you're falling into the abyss love was covering?}
    ONCE AGAIN IM VERY SORRY
